Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Local deliveries usually take 1–3 business days, and all orders are sent with secured delivery. You can also collect from our showroom in Al Quoz, Dubai.
How do I place an order?
Order through our website, by phone or on WhatsApp, or visit us in Al Quoz, Dubai. Browse the collection, or write to us for personal help choosing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, GCash, Maya, BPI, CCAvenue, Botim, e& (Etisalat), Mashreq and Al Ansari Exchange. For instalments we offer Tabby, Tamara and layaway. The options available online are shown at checkout.
Is the gold certified?
Yes. Every piece is guaranteed 100% genuine and certified by karat, so you can invest and wear it with confidence. All our pieces are 18K gold.
Does the price follow the gold rate?
Gold prices move daily. Prices are based on the current gold rate, the weight and making charges.
What if the piece I want is out of stock?
If a piece is unavailable, we will contact you to suggest a similar one or arrange it for you.
How is jewelry packaged?
Every order is presented in Pinas Gold packaging.
What is your returns policy?
Yes. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days, provided the piece is in its original condition and packaging. Contact us with your order number and we will help.
How long does delivery take?

What is 18K gold?
18K gold is 75% pure gold mixed with other metals for strength. It is stamped 750, meaning 750 parts of pure gold per thousand. It keeps a rich gold colour, wears well every day and holds stones securely, which is why all Pinas Gold jewelry is 18K.
Where can I see today's gold rate in the UAE?
Gold prices in the UAE follow a daily rate per gram. When we publish today's 18K rate it is shown at the top of our shop pages, and each gold-priced piece is worked out from its weight and that rate, plus the making charge and 5% VAT. For the latest rate, message us on WhatsApp or Messenger.
Is Pinas Gold jewelry real, authentic gold?
Yes. Every piece is genuine, certified 18K gold. Your tax invoice states the karat and weight, and if an accredited lab ever finds a piece below its stated karat, we refund or exchange it under our Authenticity Guarantee.
Do you deliver to my door?
Yes. We deliver to your door anywhere in the UAE, usually within 1–3 business days, with secured delivery. Because gold is valuable, the recipient may be asked to show ID and sign. You can also collect from our showroom in Al Quoz, Dubai.
Can I pay in instalments with Tabby or Tamara?
Yes. You can split the payment with Tabby or Tamara, or reserve a piece with layaway and pay over time. Message us on WhatsApp or Messenger and we will set it up for your order.
Is your gold jewelry pawnable?
Yes. Our jewelry is genuine, certified 18K gold, so it can be pawned. Each pawnshop sets its own loan amount and terms. Keep your tax invoice and don't alter the hallmark. Our Pawnable Gold Terms have the details.
What does the 750 stamp on gold mean?
750 is the hallmark for 18K gold. It is the gold standard of fineness: 750 parts of pure gold in every 1,000. Look for it on your Pinas Gold piece; on very small pieces, the karat is stated on your invoice instead.
